Overview

               Discreet Cleaner XL helps to put videos into different formats such as QuickTime and Real Player.  It also changes the filter and encoder settings by allowing you to lower the bit rate (how fast the video goes from the server to the computer) while keeping the quality of the video at its best.  Here it should be noted that if you are a PC based campus and your audience will be using Window Media Player it is not necessary for you to run your video through Cleaner XL.  Saving your video through MovieMaker 2 will be sufficient.
